Pobreflix ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application ("App"). By using Pobreflix, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

We believe in privacy by design. Our App does not require user accounts, and we do NOT collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as:

• Your name, email address, or phone number.
• Your location data.
• Your contacts or photos.
• Your device's unique identifiers (other than what is used for advertising purposes by third parties, as explained below).

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

To provide a personalized experience without compromising your privacy, certain data is stored exclusively on your device. This data is never sent to our servers and is deleted if you uninstall the App.

• Favorite Movies: When you save a movie to your favorites, its ID is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage.
• Quiz Results: Your scores and progress in the movie quizzes are stored locally.

3. Information Collected by Third-Party Services

Our App integrates with third-party services to provide its core functionality. These services have their own privacy policies and may collect data.

The Movie Database (TMDb)

We use the TMDb API to fetch all movie-related data, including titles, posters, overviews, cast information, and trailers. When the App requests data from TMDb, your IP address and request details may be logged by TMDb's servers. Please review the TMDb Privacy Policy.

YouTube & Vimeo

Movie trailers are embedded and played using a WebView. When a trailer is played, you interact with the respective service (e.g., YouTube). These services may collect data as described in their privacy policies. See: Google's Privacy Policy.

Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements that support our App. AdMob may collect and use data such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and app usage information. 4. How We Use Information

• To Provide the Service: To display movie information, trailers, and quiz content.
• To Improve the App: To understand which features are used and how to enhance the user experience.
• To Support the App: To display advertisements that allow us to offer the App for free.

5. Data Security

Data stored locally on your device (favorites, quiz scores) is protected by your device's native security measures. We do not have access to this data.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

As we do not collect personal information, your rights are related to data stored on your device and data collected by third-party services.

• Access & Deletion: You can view your favorite movies within the App. You can delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the App.
• Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: You can limit ad tracking by enabling “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date and posting the revised version within the App.
